"Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart." - 1 Samuel 16:7
This is such a timely reminder for us all. Thankfully God looks at our hearts and not our outward appearance. This is why God choose people like Gideon, David, Daniel, Moses and even Paul. On paper, they weren't the wisest choices, but God had already seen their credentials 'on their hearts.'
