Panning for Gold

Panning for Gold can be a very tiring job, often with little reward. However, when a prospector perseveres in their panning the rewards can be life changing. Solomon writes to us in Proverbs 2 and encourages us to search for Wisdom as if we were prospectors panning for gold. When we find Godly wisdom the rewards will be unbelievable.

    set your heart on a life of Understanding.

    and won’t take no for an answer,
Searching for it like a prospector panning for gold,
    like an adventurer on a treasure hunt,
Believe me, before you know it Fear-of-God will be yours;
