The God of the resurrection is awake all the time (George MacDonald). I love this quote. Not only does the resurrection mean that death and sin couldn't hold Jesus in defeat, but it also means that He is alive in the power of the Holy Spirit. That is good news for everyone.
John 20:18 - Mary Magdalene went to the disciples with the news:
"I have seen the Lord!"
