Be planted in the right area

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” (Jeremiah 17:7, 8 NIV)

We often have a choice as to where we "plant" ourselves. It could be in fertile areas and places that are good for us or we may choose places that look good but end up being a bad place. Where are you choosing to put down roots? Does the stream of God's grace run underneath your roots?

Choose well.
