The Hope

"For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently." - Romans 8:24-25

Advent is the season of HOPE.
We wade through the busy shopping malls, packed highways, end of year functions - all in an effort to bring some kind of joy to others and ourselves. Yet, the very thing we all need is not an object, but a person. And in that person of Jesus, there is perpetual HOPE.

May you come to encounter the living God this Advent season.

Romans 5:5 - And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.
