A prayer for Spring

As we enter into this new season of Spring, it is wonderful to be reminded of new beginnings, second chances and hope. I have put together a lovely little prayer with pictures for you to enjoy. So, that is the purpose!

I understand that the Bible can be confusing at times. I get that it doesn't always make sense. And even as a minister I truly need to wrestle with a number of passages in the Scriptures. However, one of the purposes of the Scriptures is to be life-giving and not the opposite. Sadly, it is often used in a negative way, but when you read verses like Psalm 19, you will see what it truly intended.

⁷ The law of the Lord is perfect, refreshing the soul.
The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple.
⁸ The precepts of the Lord are right, giving joy to the heart.
The commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes.
⁹ The fear of the Lord is pure, enduring forever.
The decrees of the Lord are firm, and all of them are righteous.

These are such incredible gifts for all of us. It is my prayer that you would begin to find the pages of the Bible offering you some of these gifts.
